Credits

For the homeschool program I am doing, I need a certain amount of credits for each subject. How many credits do each of your high school books have?

Hi Mary,

The books themselves will NOT give you credits. Many homeschoolers use Abeka's books to teach their children, which is fine, but it is not their accredited program. If that is what you are doing (only using their books), please know you will not qualify for any credits through Abeka.

When you use the DVDs or Internet Video Streaming Accredited Program, you WILL earn credits for each subject. (This is what we did.) This program gives you access to the Abeka staff, requires you to turn in assignments, etc. The Accredited Program is the only way Abeka will keep your academic records, issue report cards, transcripts and diplomas.
