DVD Return

I just received in the mail a notice saying that I had not returned the DVDs from last year and would be charged $400 dollars if not returned in a two week period of time. I did return them, and I thought I had gotten a receipt to prove it, but I cannot locate it. I have already received this year's kit with DVDs. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they did about it. I sure don't want to pay $400 for something that I already turned in on time.

Lost DVDs

Did you try phoning Abeka or the place you shipped them from? Usually when I go to the UPS store to return mine, it shows up on my account as registered and received. Also, Abeka pays for the DVDs shipping when you go to one of those places. Just call them and they will help hopefully.
