by LV
(Georgia)

1 cup Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup water
1 envelope of taco seasoning
1 pound of ground beef, chicken, or turkey
Salsa and Taco Sauce

Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. When well mixed, crumble the ground meat on top, and mix by hand. Form 1 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Spanish rice or something else your family likes.
