Homeschool Grading for 1st Grade

I am interested in understanding your grading system, and also if you have a sample elementary grading transcript that I can use for our child's records? He makes 100s on almost everything, but I don't really understand the method for grading.

We are using the Program 2 where we keep our records rather than turning them in. But I want to be sure that we keep good clear records and that he has a report transcript each 6 weeks.
