Easy Beef Stroganoff

What you need:

1 TBS olive oil
1 Med onion chopped
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 lb Round steak cut into small pieces, or you can substitute round steak with ground beef
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
1 cup sour cream
1 packet of dry brown gravy mix
1 TBS white milk
Egg noodles

Prepare egg noodles as directed on package.

Heat oil in a frying pan on Med heat.
Add onions and cook until softened, about 4 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add round steak or ground beef and cook until browned.
Add mushrooms if using and cook for about 4 more minutes
Add sour cream, dry gravy mix, milk. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Enjoy over egg noodles. Serves about 4
