Crockpot Fajitas

Here's what you need:

1 pound of steak of your choice cut into strips

2 bell peppers cut into strips, any color is fine. I like green and red. Sometimes I just use 2 green depending on what is on sale at my grocery store.

1 onion cut into strips

Fajita mix...1/4 tsp Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp sugar, 1 chicken bullion cube crushed.

Or you if you don't have all these seasonings at home, instead of buying them all you can just use a fajita mix packet. I like making my own because it tastes better, in the long run it's cheaper, and I like knowing everything I am eating. Plus you can modify it, if you don't like that much salt use less. If you like it spicier use more cayenne pepper. But, unless you use all these seasonings regularly, it would be pretty expensive to go out and buy them all!

A package Tortillas

Optional, Cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro for serving.

Put steak, 1/4 cup water, and Fajita mix into crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.

2 hours before you plan on serving mix onions and bell peppers into crock pot.
