Chocolate Draped Nuts

by XYZ

Chocolate draped nuts

Chocolate draped nuts

12 ounces chocolate chips or pieces
2 cups variety of nuts( hazelnut, peanuts, raisins)

Prepare a tray by lining with butter paper or foil.

Take a pan with just enough water. Drop all the chocolate chips in a bowl and put it over the pan to melt the chocolate. Keep stirring constantly until smooth. You could also use the microwave if you are careful not to overheat. Stir every 20-30 seconds to be on the safe side.

Take different kinds of nuts anything which you prefer but make sure you're not allergic to them and drop them all slowly, slowly into the melted chocolate. Lift out with a fork or dipping utensil and tap to release excess chocolate. Place on tray to set. Leave it out of the refrigerator to cool down so that all of it's fully covered with chocolate.

You can use milk, dark, or white chocolate. If you really want to go all out, buy some gourmet chocolate from Chocolate Source or from Lake Champlain Chocolates. Mmmmmm!

Fun and Easy to make.

This sounds like something that would be good for a work party. Easy to make and something that won't make a mess in the office.
