Chili Dog Pie

by Kaitlyn
(Pennsylvania)

Chili Dog Pie

2 1/2 cups baking mix
3 Tbsp. mustard
6 Tbsp. water
1 (16oz) package of hot dogs
2 (15 oz) cans of chili
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 9x13x2 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix together baking mix, mustard, and water to form a dough. Press dough into the bottom of pan. Cut up hot dogs into bite-sized pieces and arrange on top of the dough. Pour chili over the hot dogs. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.

We like to serve ours with fresh fruit and veggies. :)
