by Gabe M
(Wisconsin)

Here is what you need!

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken cut into cubes. (I usually use what is left over from a whole chicken from another dinner)
4 cups of Chicken broth
1 medium onion chopped
2 celery stocks chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
3 carrots sliced into coins
1/2 cup frozen green beans
1 cup of long grain rice
1 cup water
2 TBS of fresh parsley

Place chicken and broth in pot and simmer for 1 hour.
Add onion, celery, green beans, and carrots cook on medium heat for another hour.
Add rice, 1 cup of water, and parsley. Cook for 25 minutes.

Serve in bowls!
